The Round of Miracles (previously known as Chance Time) is a special feature of the Mario Party series. When a player lands on a certain space, two players will be chosen, and one of nine events can occur randomly:
- Player x loses all his/her stars to player y.
- Player x loses 1 star to player y
- Player x loses 2 stars to player y
- Player x loses 20 coins to player y
- Player x loses all of his/her coins to player y.
- Player x swaps coins with player y.
- Player x swaps stars with player y.
- Player x swaps stars and coins with player y.
- Round of Miracles is voided.
All nine events are reversible, however the game is based strictly on luck. In Mario Party 7, the round of miracles was changed. If you won a minigame, you get to hit a block that determines your outcome.
