The Poltergust 4000 is Luigi's kart of choice from Mario Kart DS. The kart is the upgraded model of the Poltergust 3000 and is implied that it is Professor E. Gadd's creation. It is slightly speedy with average acceleration, high handling, and low weight, low drift, and low items. The Poltergust 4000 is useful on tracks that are mainly on-road turf.
