Abdominal Blowman is a microgame found in WarioWare: Touched! in the Mic Rocking stage.
Gameplay
The objective is to blow into the mic to inflate the doll and make it perform sit-ups.
- 1st level difficulty: Perform two sit-ups.
- 2nd level difficulty: Perform three sit-ups.
- 3rd level difficulty: Perform four sit-ups.
A minimum of 10 points must be earned to pass the microgame.

"Blow air into the inflatable doll to make it do sit-ups! Why? I have no idea."
