Yellow Birds are a species of birds found in Isle Delfino in Super Mario Sunshine. If FLUDD sprays them they will be defeated and leave a Shine Sprite. They are not very common and are rarely seen.
A Yellow Bird also appears in Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis in a boss fight dropping eggs on the Mini Marios.
