Cement Pies are obstacles found in the original Donkey Kong and the remake for the Game Boy.
History
Donkey Kong
Cement Pies are only found in the 50m level in the original Donkey Kong. They are on the multiple Conveyor Belts that are in the level and if Mario touches one, he will lose a life. The only way to destroy a cement pie is to use a Hammer. Cement Pies do not reappear in the game.
Donkey Kong (Game Boy)
In the Game Boy game, Cement Pies later appear in several other boss fights with Donkey Kong. After Donkey Kong stomps the ground, random objects will fall down from the ceiling, including Cement Pies. Touching a Cement Pie will still kill Mario here.
