Template:Minigame-infobox Burying the Hatchet is a microgame by Wario-Man from WarioWare: Twisted!.
As the description of the microgame says, the player controls Wario, who's happy and as such he wants to shake Mario's hand. As Wario walks through a yellow room, Mario will be on the other side, ready to shake Wario's hand. If Wario's hand touches Mario's hand and they shake, a round of applause is in order. If they don't, the screen goes gray and a crack appears between Mario and Wario. For the first difficulty, Mario's hand will always remain in a set position. For the second difficulty, Mario's hand will be in one area, then suddenly change to another area. For the third difficulty, Mario will slowly move his hand up and down.
