If that article is correct, then Baby Bowser makes a very tiny cameo in the game. I guess that's why I never knew he was in the game. So, he was in that game, but he only appeared on screen. He was not a boss, merely a cameo. -- [[User: Son of Suns|Son of Suns]]

Oops, my mistake, you are right, its Bowser, not Baby Bowser in Topsy-Turvy. As for Touch and Go... well the only proof I have at the time is a somewhat badly written paragraph at the Baby Bowser section of Bowser's page on Wikipedia:
