In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, Charlieton is a traveling salesman who has a knack for ripping you off. Although his badge prices may seem too high, he is the only way to complete your badge list. In Rogueport Plaza, he sells badges and items while down in the Pit of 100 Trials he sells a set collection of items with increasing price as you venture deeper.
