The point of the game, as in all Duel mini-games, is for one player to beat the other. Both the players are floating in space, and seem to be trying to fly through an asteroid belt. Using the Control Stick, the player can move around the incoming meteors. Some of the asteroids are shaped in a particular way, such as [[Goombas]], and [[Koopa shell]]s. If a player does happen to hit a meteor, he/she will be temporarily stunned as the asteroid is thrown out of path. The player who gets to and through the checkered ring, would win.
