There are few characters there at the star but  Other characters, like [[Hungry Luma|Hungry Lumas]], he [[Toad Brigade]],  [[Bob-omb Buddy|Bob-omb Buddies]] and even [[Rosalina]] will appear as certain stars are collected or special conditions are met. Much like [[Delfino Plaza]] from ''[[Super Mario Sunshine]]'', Mario can also ride Yoshi here, and the egg which contains him is located on the "nose" of the starship after collecting a star in Yoshi Galaxy.
