Her attack can also be used outside of battle to activate switches or destroy weak walls.

In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, Bobbery is able to use this attack in battle. To use the attack in this game, the player has to hold down the "A" button and let go when a red light appears on the screen. Bobbery's Bomb attack does not consume Flower Points. If this attack is used as a First Strike, it can ground flying enemies - even Parabuzzies and Spiky Parabuzzies, which take no damage from the attack.
