Belltop
Belltop is a magical bell who bears the semblance of a wind-up Toad in Mario Party 3. He was brought to life by the faux Millenium Star's magic. He inhabits all of the Duel Maps and doles out coins to the players skilled enough to deserve them. He always carries a whistle in his mouth and blows it to stir up attentiveness.
Trivia
- Belltop's name is a pun on the hotel porter profession "bellhop".
