Mike Vaughn (or Michael Vaughn) is an American voice actor. He does voices for various video-game characters. In the Mario series, he provided voice for Iggy Koopa and Ludwig von Koopa in New Super Mario Bros. Wii. Also, this was his first voice acting for Nintendo and for a Mario series game.
