Jet (Sonic the Hedgehog)

He was originally supposed to appear in the original but was scrapped later on. A beta file of Jet was found on the European version.

Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games

Jet the Hawk appears as a boss in both Festival mode and Adventure Tours. In the Wii version, he is the boss of Snowboard Cross. In the DS version, he is the boss of Deluxe Halfpipe.
