The Lumbar Nook is athe smallest area of Bowser's body, located in his back. Mario, Luigi, and Starlow go here, due to a complaint from Bowser during the course of Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. Here they find Toadsworth, who was sitting there doing nothing.
