The Lumbar Nook is an area in Bowser's back, and is the smallest area in his body. Mario, Luigi, and Starlow go here, due to a complaint from Bowser. Here they find Toadsworth, who was sitting there doing nothing. They tell Toadsworth of Bowser's back pain, and Toadsworth jabs his stick into a soft part, but it causes no effect.
