The Attack Pieces are items used as special attacks in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story.
Attack Pieces have their own practice menu, where the player can learn how to use the new special attack.
To obtain a special move, Mario and Luigi need to collect ten Pieces of the move. They can be obtained from special Attack Piece Blocks and completing various sidequests. Known Attack Parts are:
- Green Shell-required
- Fire Flower-optional
- Jump Helmet-optional
- Yoo Who Cannon-required (comes with the Blue Shell ability)
- Super Bouncer-optional
- Mighty Meteor-required (given by Doctor Toadley's intern after creating the Miracle Cure)
- Spin Pipe-optional
- Snack Basket-required
- Magic Window-optional
- Falling Star-optional
