The Data Disk is an item in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. The disk can give a computer, TEC-XX, more information, so he asks Princess Peach to do the task of getting it. It is in Sir Grodus's room, so Princess Peach must make an invisibility potion and drink it. Once she is invisible and unseen, she can go in the room and get the it on a shelf in the corner of the room. When that is done, Peach needs to travel to the bottom floor to meet TEC, then putting it into a conveniently placed computer, completing the task.
The Data Disk looks surprisingly like it is a game disk from the Famicom Disk System. In addition to that, the monitor shows the Disk System's BIOS when the princess inserts it into the computer.
