Template:Newsubject Template:Character-infobox Metal Sonic is a robotic enemy character from the Sonic the Hedgehog series created by Dr. Robotnik. As with Knuckles the Echidna and Shadow the Hedgehog, he is one of Sonic's rivals, and despite being a robotic copy of the original, he believes that he's the real Sonic.

Mario & Sonic series
Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games
Metal Sonic will appear in the upcoming Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games as a playable character. As of now, he has been confirmed in a trailer during the E3 2009, competing against Shadow the Hedgehog, Luigi and Daisy in Speed Skating, and was seen near the end of the trailer with Waluigi and Dr. Eggman.
