Dr. Wario is a mini-game that can be unlocked in the game WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$!. The game can be unlocked by completing 25 mails on Jimmy T.'s "sports" minigame set. It is based offDr. Mario.
Differences between Dr. Mario and Dr. Wario
- Wario is the doctor.
- "Chill" is the only song.
- The viruses look different.
- The bottle is 13 (not 16) cells tall, and there are fewer viruses on each level to make up for it.
- No 2-player mode.
- The player can press Down to accelerate the falling pills after a line clear.
