Arfur the Doogan.

Arfur is a Doogan in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. This Doogan once asked Lahla on a date. Swindell, a Bandit, also whispers to Arfur about something.

Arfur also has a trouble, in which he asks Mario the prices for a Fire Flower, Sleepy Sheep, and Tasty Tonic at the shop in Rogueport's plaza.

Tattle

That's Arfur. He's always hanging around here. He looks totally suspicious, but apparently he lives by some super-stern moral code.
