A mushroom that kills Mario or Luigi when they touch it in Super Mario: The Lost Levels.
It was later seen in the Super Smash Bros. series, in which it temporarily shrinks characters down to one-fourth their original size.
It is later found in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. If Mario or his partner eats this mushroom, Mario or his partner will lose 17 HP, be poisoned and his/her HP will be drained.
