Rocko, the brother of Tony.
Rocko is a member of the Pianta Syndicate and a lackey of Don Pianta who appears in the game Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Goombella refers to him as "the low man on the totem pole", as he was just employed and initiated. Rocko works as a bouncer and keeps the Pianta Parlor running smoothly.
