The Tiny Titan, (called the Rally Romper in Europe and Australia), is a small kart that appears in the game Mario Kart Wii. It is a kart that can only be used by small characters. It is based on the Monster from Famicom Grand Prix II: 3D Hot Rally. The Tiny Titan is unlocked by beating 1 expert staff ghost.
The Tiny Titan has an excellent off-road, which enables it to take off-road shortcuts without worrying about losing a lot of speed. Its off-road is only surpassed by its bike counterpart, the Magikruiser.
It may look heavy, but the Tiny Titan's weight is nowhere near the weight of a large vehicle. At best, this kart's weight can only surpass the weight of the Super Blooper, but only if Baby Mario, Baby Luigi, Baby Peach, or Baby Daisy rides on it (those four have the best weight bonuses in their size class).
