A Water Barrel is a barrel full of water found only in Super Mario Sunshine. They can be picked up by Mario and thrown at large amounts of Goop to wash it away. Using Water Barrels to wash up Goop is significantly faster than using F.L.U.D.D. Water Barrels can also be Ground Pounded to refill F.L.U.D.D. The barrels especially helped Mario clearing Episode 6 of Sirena Beach, where he had to remove Goop from all over the beach very quickly.
