The mysterious disease known to sicken Toads in "Mario and Luigi Rpg 3!!!". It is speculated that the cause behind the disease is Fawful, but it is not confirmed, nor is Fawful's presence in the game.
 
The Metakoro is a disease that has been spread all over the [[Mushroom Kingdom]] and affects many [[Toad (species)|Toads]]. When affect with this disease, it will cause the victim to grow huge and round. It is unknow what cause the disease and also unknow what the cure is.
