A Baby Cheep

Baby Cheeps are small Cheep Cheeps that Big Berthas eats and spits out in Super Mario Bros. 3. Try to avoid them or shoot them with fireballs. The Baby Cheep is a baby version of a Cheep Cheep.

If Mario (or Luigi) kills the baby (with a fireball, etc.), Big Bertha will continue to swallow the area where the baby used to be, and will spit out a new one later as if the original had never been killed.

Appearances in other Media

Three Baby Cheeps appeared in the The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 episode Reptiles in the Rose Garden.
