NESkimos is a band that plays metal versions of music from Nintendo games, including Super Mario Bros. 3.

From 8:28 to 8:35, a slightly-remixed version of "Here We Go" from Super Mario World plays.
"Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny" by Lemon Demon
Mario appears in Lemon Demon's "Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny" music video fighting Sonic the Hedgehog. (Neither are mentioned in the lyrics, however.)
