Turnpike Tex Truck Stop, also known as the Tumbleweed Tavern,[1] is a bar appearing in the Saturday Supercade episode "Trucknapper Caper."
To "join" the Trucknappers, Bones Bailey and Donkey Kong Jr. are driven to the Turnpike Tex Truck Stop to steal the truck of its eponymous owner, Turnpike Tex, a champion arm wrestler. As Tex defeats another challenger, Donkey Kong Jr. challenges him. As they wrestle, he manages to grab the keys from Tex before instantly defeating him. He tells the Trucknappers to meet at the hideout before driving the stolen truck to the location. The Turnpike Tex Truck Stop is not seen for the rest of the episode.
