Okay so for example: I land on a x2 panel, Rubber Band's HP is low and he has a few Rubber Bands, and I use a Shiny Hammer along with the x2 boost to damage him. Does it put him to his second phase before he recalls his bands to go back at him if his HP is low enough? |

Does anybody know what gender this guy is? I thought is was male, But now I just call it genderless. What do you guys think?

Can you put him to his second phase with attacks if his HP is low enough?
Okay so for example: I land on a x2 panel, Rubber Band's HP is low and he has a few Rubber Bands, and I use a Shiny Hammer along with the x2 boost to damage him. Does it put him to his second phase before he recalls his bands to go back at him if his HP is low enough?
