Electro Blooper is a Blooper found in Paper Mario. Living in Toad Town Tunnels, Electro Blooper was the second Blooper Mario encountered during the events of the game. The squid enemy guarded either a Shrink Stomp Badge, the First Floor Warp Pipes, or the Lavalava Island Warp Pipe. Electro Blooper differed from normal Bloopers; it was bigger and more powerful than others of its species. Also, this creature had an electric charge, preventing contact with it. Ultimately, Mario defeated Electro Blooper.

- Tattle: This is an Electro Blooper. Electro Bloopers are electro-charged. A bit of advice: When they're emitting electricity, it'd be a smart move to avoid contact with 'em. If you can manage to damage 'em while they're emitting electricity, they'll go back to normal. Their attack power when they're emitting electricity is 6. Let's try to be careful, what do you say?
