Mario will hoch hinaus (English translation: Mario is aiming high) is the name of a 2-page comic published in the 4/1991 issue of the German Club Nintendo magazine. It was the first comic to be published in this magazine.
Plot Synopsis
The cartoon starts with Mario enjoying the weather in the Mushroom Kingdom and deciding to take a walk. He jumps around, and despite Princess Toadstool warning him, he does not see the Block ahead. This leads to him bumping the Block which yields many coins. Trying to impress Toadstool, Mario uses two Trampolines afterwards. The second one makes him jump extremely high. At the end of the comic, it's already getting darker, and Princess Toadstool and Toad are still waiting for Mario to come down.

In the 1/1992 issue of the magazine, a sequel to the story called Marios Rückkehr (English translation: Mario's comeback) was published. After a short review what happened in "Mario will hoch hinaus", the story is continued: Mario can be seen flying above Mushroom Kingdom as Raccoon Mario. When discovering and picking up two Nintendo Gamer's Guides on a cloud, he accidentally hits a Koopa Paratroopa, causing him to return to his normal form and to fall down.
