The Thousand-Year Door description Makes Mario look shiny and golden.

The Gold Medal is a badge in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door (Nintendo Switch). It is acquired from receiving the Cooking Trophy, Badge Trophy, and the Tattle Trophy, and signifies 100% completion of the game. If Mario equips the badge, it changes the color scheme of his full appearance to Gold Mario. It can be combined with the L Emblem and W Emblem, though the visual effect of those badges is very subtle when stacked with the Gold Emblem. It has no mechanical effect in battle and therefore uses zero BP.
