The Power Throw is a powerful move done by Wario in his various games. Regular throws are too weak to defeat some enemies(bosses included), so there's the Power Throw. If the player holds the B button, Wario will charge up and start to flash a white-blue color (in Wario Land and Wario Land II, he doesn't flash any color). Upon releasing the B button, Wario throws the enemy with incredible power; the enemy is often destroyed if it hits the nearest surface.
The Power Throw is one of Wario's three Mad Moves, the other two being the Wild Swing-Ding and the Piledriver.
