Power Lift is move used by Mario in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. It raises Mario's Attack and Defense for 3 turns and uses 3 SP. Amount raised depends on how well it is timed. It is the opposite of Chill Out.
To use it, Mario must have the Gold Star. When used, a window will pop up with Red Arrows, Blue Arrows, Poison Mushrooms, and a cursor.
