In the background hangars numbered 64 and 65 (00 in MKDS) imply that the race is located on a runway of some sort. During the laps a Luigi blimp will take off and fly around. This blimp is later seen in [[Sky Garden]]. The level features many shortcuts and is in the [[Lightning Cup]]. This track represented ''Super Circuit'' in the [[Leaf Cup]] of [[Mario Kart DS]].
