Looking at dire dire docks, it suddenly dawned on me as a normal human being that...

IT IS EXCEPTIONALLY DEEP...

But how deep is Dire Dire Docks?

If mario has a recorded height of around 5ft, and each pull of his swim pulls him 3 times his body length... ...and it takes him roughly 10 pulls to get to the top of the cave and another 5 to get to the bottom, thats 15 x 3 x 5, which to the lay person means that:

Dire dire docks is roughly 225ft... which is 68.58 meters.

Although this diving depth has been surpassed by divers, it is still an impressive distance for the average person to try to dive.
