Big Top, Mario Party 8

Big Top is MC Ballyhoo's hat and serves as his cohost in Mario Party 8. He also holds all of the coins for Chump Charity, stating that he was glad to get the load off his head. Big Top not only has the ability of speech but is also his own separate entity. In Super Smash Bros. Brawl, he shares a trophy with Ballyhoo. Big Top's name comes from a phrase referring to large circus tents. The "Top" part of his name is also a reference to the fact that he is a top hat. His appearance bears a resemblance to the Bonneter, but he is not confirmed to be a member of the species.

Big Top is a dark-blue top hat with a strip of light blue close to the rim. He has a small mouth and two differently colored eyes: one teal, one pink. His eyes have rather big eyelashes.

Big Top and MC Ballyhoo appear as a Novice class spirit in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
