Dhalsim and several other characters from the Street Fighter II series appear in the Club Nintendo comic "Super Mario Klemp-Won-Do: Muskeln sind nicht alles!". He can be seen laughing along with the others when Mario decides to enter the "Street Fighter II grandmaster" tournament.

Mario advances to the finals of the tourney by defeating Zangief, Chun-Li, and Blanka, with the final match pitting Mario against Dhalsim. The fight commences as Dhalsim starts launching his Yoga Fireballs at Mario. Mario quickly dodges these and goes for a bucket of water, throwing it on Dhalsim and rendering his fire useless. Dhalsim then attempts to stretch his leg and kick Mario, but Mario ties his legs together and renders Dhalsim unable to move or fight. Mario is declared the winner and pronounced "Street Fighter II grand master".

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

Dhalsim appears in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as an Ace-class support spirit. It requires two support slots to use. When used on a fighter, the spirit grants them immunity to lava floors. To obtain the spirit, it has to be summoned with a Fire Man and Great Tiger core.
