The Standard BW is Bowser's standard kart in Mario Kart DS. It features an orange frame and the Bowser symbol (a red, stylized image of his head on a black background), unless the emblem is changed. It has one of the highest speeds possible (tied with the Standard RB), and above-average drift (tied with the Standard TD), but also very low acceleration and handling.
