The notion to split the ''Mario Discovery'' games was brought up [[Talk:Mario is Missing!#Separate pages.3F|before]], but not much has come of it. I think it would be simple to start with the NES version of ''Mario's Time Machine''. Simply put - '''it's an entirely different game.''' It has very little in common with its other counterparts. The other home versions of these games are basically just altered conversions based on the MS-DOS originals, but NES ''Mario's Time Machine'' really could not be more different from its MS-DOS/SNES counterpart. The first option will just focus on that. However, I've included a second option that goes for the whole works: split that as well as ''Mario's Time Machine'' (Super Nintendo Entertainment System), ''Mario is Missing!'' (Nintendo Entertainment System) and ''Mario is Missing!'' (Super Nintendo Entertainment System). In this scenario, the PC versions will still be the default articles, since they came for several formats (e.g. MS DOC, Mac, and "CD-ROM Deluxe"). I'm also excluding the ''Mario's Early Years!'' games because I have my limits. <s>I swear if second option wins I'm going to pretend it's an early April Fools' joke on me.</s> | |||
