Goomba Bowling is a Free-for-All minigame featured in Mario Party 9 and Mario Party: The Top 100. A full version is available in Extra Mode, which awards players five Party Points when finished.
Introduction
The camera, starting at a fortress, backs up toward the players, showing all 20 Goombas lined up in a single file and forming a slightly diagonal line while moving from side to side. Before the game starts, a "spinning" arrow determines who goes first.
Gameplay
Using a Red Shell, players try to knock out as many Goombas as they can in one throw. Each player has 15 seconds to plan out and take their shot. The Goombas continue to move from side to side as the player throws, requiring the players to time their shots carefully. Hitting every Goomba earns a player a perfect score of 20 points.
