Hang Tongue! is the last level of World 1 in Yoshi's Woolly World and Poochy & Yoshi's Woolly World. It is unlocked when all 40 Smiley Flowers are collected in the 8 previous levels.

Layout

The level starts on a sandy, grassy little platform with a Winged Cloud. After popping it, geysers pop up. Then, more geysers pop up afterwards with eight Shy Guys and a Piranha Plant. Shortly after, there is a pipe with Shy Guys coming out of it and some more small geysers with coins floating in the air. The next part of the level contains more geysers, Shy Guys, Hook Guys and a Piranha Plant. The next parts of the level mostly consists of Winged Clouds and smaller geysers with enemies. After that, there is a section with geysers and Shy Guy pipes in the middle, which disrupt Yoshi's jumping. If Yoshi shoots a yarn ball on a pipe outline, he will create a red pipe which leads to a room with a Shy Guy pipe and a floating cloud platform. After this section, Yoshi will reach the goal. There are no checkpoints.

Enemies

Collectables

Smiley Flowers

  • Smiley Flower 1: The first Smiley Flower is found just after the start of the level after popping the Winged Cloud.
  • Smiley Flower 2: Under the Shy Guy pipe, there is a hidden Winged Cloud. Pop it to get the second Smiley Flower.
  • Smiley Flower 3: Between the two geysers with Hook Guys and Piranha Plants on them, pop a hidden Winged Cloud to make the third Smiley Flower.
  • Smiley Flower 4: On the geyser with lots of enemies, the fourth Smiley Flower is underneath it. Jump down and collect it, then use flutter jumps and the geyser to make it back up.
  • Smiley Flower 5: In the area with lots of Shy Guy pipes, throw a Yarn Ball at the missing pipe to make it appear. To get inside, jump off a Shy Guy and flutter jump inside. Inside there is a cloud, a Present Box and some Shy Guys. Don't unravel the Present Box, but jump on top of it to reveal a hidden Winged Cloud, then pop it.

Wonder Wools

Wii U Deluxe Yoshi, from Yoshi's Woolly World.
Wii U Yoshi.
  • Wonder Wool 1: On the first geyser with enemies, there are three Winged Clouds above. The middle one holds the Wonder Wool.
  • Wonder Wool 2: Above the third small geyser after the pipe, pop the hidden Winged Cloud to get the second Wonder Wool.
  • Wonder Wool 3: Pop a Winged Cloud just after the third Smiley Flower, between two geysers.
  • Wonder Wool 4: On the geyser with a single Piranha Plant, kill it and grab the fourth Wonder Wool.
  • Wonder Wool 5: In the area with lots of Shy Guy pipes, the Wonder Wool is just under the second one. Either throw a Yarn Ball or grab it while there are no Shy Guys.

Collecting all five Wonder Wools in this level unlocks Wii U Deluxe Yoshi.
