The Maze That Pays is a microgame that is found in the game WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$!.
Gameplay
In this microgame, Wario is in a maze filled with coins that he has to collect; it is similar in concept and design to the famous Pac-Man games. Paths that exceed the edge of the screen connect to the other side. If the player collects all the coins in the maze before time runs out, they win. Coins appear in groups of either two (on a vertical path) or four (on a horizontal path). The location of each group of coins varies.
- 1st level difficulty: There is only one group of coins. The walls are green.
- 2nd level difficulty: There are two groups of coins. The walls are blue.
- 3rd level difficulty: There are three groups of coins. The walls are red.
