Block Busters is a Free-for-All minigame in Mario Party: Star Rush. The name is a pun on the general term "blockbuster," which refers to any successful production.

Intro

A tower of blocks with different symbols on them fall from the sky. The camera fades to the players, who ready their ball gun as the camera zooms in to the bottom of the tower.

Gameplay

Players have to shoot down a tower filled with blocks with various symbols on them. Each colored block corresponds to each individual player. Red blocks with heart symbols on them count towards Player 1's score, blue blocks with spade symbols on them count towards Player 2's score, green blocks with clover symbols on them count towards Player 3's score and yellow blocks with diamond symbols on them count towards Player 4's score. The players must shoot all 20 of their corresponding blocks to finish the game.
