Template:MK course infobox Chain Chomp Stadium is the second race of the Lightning Cup in Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit. This course features a gimmick in which signs of Chain Chomps often appear underneath gates. Driving into a sign and breaking it causes a Chain Chomp to appear and deter the driver in certain directions for a very short time before being unleashed and disappearing. Coins appear occasionally along the track and may be collected. The course icon depicts Mario on his Football Uniform in the Quarterback, with a Chain Chomp in the middle of a football stadium, indicating the track is designed to resemble one. This race reuses the music from Mario Kart 8's GCN Baby Park for its theme.
Chain Chomp Glacier, another Chain Chomp-themed track, features the same gimmick while adding Freezies for extra obstacles.
Gates
The gates in this course are designed to appear as they would advertising in a stadium. Coinciding with the concept of this track, almost every gate features Chain Chomp signs. If the player drives through one, they are attacked by a Chain Chomp slightly restricting movement until it is unleashed, this usually occurring when the next gate is reached.
- Gate 1: Features a Chain Chomp sign in the middle.
- Gate 2: Features Item Boxes.
- Gate 3: Features a Chain Chomp sign on either side.
- Gate 4: Features a Chain Chomp sign on the left.
