From what I can tell, this category (and its subcategory, Category:Twins) is useless. The scope is so vague that it might as well be unattainable, and no, I don't think defining the scope would help matters at all. I'd say delete this category and the other category I mentioned, though I'd like to see some thoughts on the matter before I proceed with a proposal.
