Template:Minigame-infobox Snipe for the Picking is a Battle minigame in Mario Party 8, as well as a single-player minigame in Test for the Best. Its name is a pun on the expression "ripe for the picking."

Introduction

The first player enters a small room filled with gears that an Ukiki is cranking. The player then shoots an apple-shaped target, after which the screen splits in four and the game starts.

Gameplay

In this game, apple-shaped targets will slide in front of the players, who need to shoot target zones attached to them that are worth 10, 30, or 100 points. Each target stays on the screen for one whole second, so the players need to shoot the targets quickly. The targets will not have the point zones in the same locations. Whoever has the most points after all the targets wins.

Ending

The losers are carried away by Ukikis behind the winner, who does their victory pose.
