Twist Drum is a souvenir in WarioWare: Twisted! located in the Instruments folder. It features a den-den daiko (a percussion instrument and a Japanese variant on the pellet drum) on a featureless background. When the console is tilted, the pellets attached to the drum flop onto the body, causing it to sound. Whenever the drum is struck, the background changes color. The body of the drum displays a different image on either side: one side has a three-fold tomoe, while the other has a caricature of a geisha.
