Spiked Chomp

Template:Quote2 The Spiked Link is a weapon for Bowser in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. It is a spiked variety of Chomp, though its artwork instead depicts it as a generic spiked flail. It acts as a stronger version of the Chomp and Chomp Shell weapons found earlier. As with them, Bowser swings it as a flail before throwing it at an enemy. A timed hit can be performed by pressing the button as the Chomp hits an enemy, causing it to extend its spikes for further damage. The Spiked Link has an attack power of 30 points with a random variation of up to six points above and below. It can be bought from the shop in the Monstro Town for 94 coins, being the only weapon sold there.
